Wassim Karkabi is the Managing Partner of Hofstede Insights for the Middle East & North Africa Region, and a certified Associate Partner. He is a seasoned Leadership & Culture subject matter expert who engages with local and international client organizations, boards and leaders as an executive coach, leadership and Organizational Culture consultant, leadership, culture and board assessment consultant and advisor to the board of directors, with over a decade of experience across the leadership spectrum.  He is a shareholder and Managing Partner at a number of other firms including Stanton Chase, a Forbes top 10 ranked Leadership firm, ActionCOACH, the world no.1 Business Coaching firm, as well as other more local organizations, in the Middle East.

Wassim Karkabi has successfully advised a variety of international and regional organizations on their strategic, leadership and cultural concerns, and has completed work in the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the United States, He has served leading multinational organizations and regional holding companies as well as local companies, across sectors.

Wassim Karkabi advises clients on leadership growth, business growth and organizational culture transformation, to help organizations and leaders achieve their strategic goals.  He coaches CEOs, Board Members, and Executive Teams on Leadership and Effectiveness across cultural dynamics.

Wassim has an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of La Verne, California. He is a member of the International Coach Federation and a Certified Executive and Business Coach. He is a certified Associate Partner and Practitioner with Hofstede Insights. He is also certified in a variety of Psychometric, Socio-metric and Cognitive Assessment Tools.
