PANOS MANOLOPOULOS

Panos is a certified Partner of Hofstede Insights for the Middle East and Africa Region. Panos is specialized in Executive Search, Human Talent and Leadership Assessment and Development and Team Performance.

Over the past 25 years he has supported many Organizations and leaders with their leadership challenges locally and internationally. In all his projects, culture has been a mandatory step to cover and ensure the success of their strategy.

Panos is the Managing Partner of Stanton Chase Dubai and one of the major shareholders in Stanton Chase Middle East, Stanton Chase Russia and Stanton Chase Romania. He has also served as Vice President of Europe Middle East and Africa and he has been also an elected Global Board of Directors member for many years serving as Vice Chairman of Regions and then Vice Chairman of Business Excellence of the Firm. By being exposed to a multicultural business environment and having lived to more than 5 different countries from the young age, Panos is now an expert in Intercultural Management that supports his International business initiatives and his multiple and diversified entrepreneurial activities.

Panos holds an undergraduate degree in Politics and International Relations from the American University of Athens and postgraduate degree on Diplomacy from the University of Lancaster. Additionally he has graduated from the American-European Academy in Austria, the Council of Europe and the European Academy in Sweden of Junior Chamber International. He also holds a Diploma from the Officers Academy (ranked 1st), Ministry of National Defense on Economics and Strategic Defense.

Panos also completed Executive Education Programs at Harvard Business School, Leadership Best Practices, Wharton Business School in Leading and Developing People, Cornell University, e-learning program on Executive Leadership and Cambridge University in Negotiation Strategies. 

Panos also is a member on a number of Boards in several Organizations.
